Traditional kharcho soup “Aunt Sonya”, briquette 180g

Kharcho soup is a traditional dish cooked to a time-tested recipe. Following the best traditions of Georgian cuisine, we have made this soup the way you know and love it. For this purpose, white root and, of course, tomatoes were added to rice, onions and carrots. And a lot of spices – caraway, coriander, dill, bay leaf, paprika and parsley – make the taste and aroma of a kharcho soup simply unforgettable.

Type of packaging: 180 g briquette, 6 servings – 1.6 liters of ready soup.

Cooking instructions

  • Mash the briquette, pour 1.4 liters of cold water.
  • Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For a richer taste, it is recommended to add 2 diced potatoes. Tastier with roasted walnuts and cilantro.
