Traditional pea soup “Aunt Sonya”, briquette 180g

Traditional pea soup, created according to a classic recipe dating back to 1936. Thanks to the vegetables and spices in the recipe, the flavour of the peas is maximised and the aroma becomes intense. Delicate texture, bright flavour and mouth-watering aroma.

Type of packaging: 180 g briquette, 6 servings – 1.6 liters of ready soup.

Cooking instructions

  • Mash the briquette, pour 1.4 liters of cold water.
  • Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For a richer taste, it is recommended to add 2 diced potatoes and smoked ribs, as well as crackers or croutons.
