Traditional Kharcho Soup — a dish made from a time-tested recipe. Drawing on the best traditions of Georgian cuisine, we have prepared this soup just the way you know and love it. To rice, onion, and carrot, we added white roots and, of course, tomatoes. A generous blend of spices — cumin, coriander, dill, bay leaf, paprika, and parsley — makes the taste and aroma of kharcho truly unforgettable.
Type of packaging: 160 g briquette, 7 servings – 1,7 liters of ready soup.
Mash the briquette, pour 1,6 liters of cold water.
Mix well and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
